By processing your order payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

UAE:

Delivery within the UAE will be up to 30 AED  for shipping.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Kindly provide us with the correct mobile number and email to ensure timely delivery.

1-3 days delivery for all orders placed in the UAE.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number.

Additional Information:

The above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.

We are only responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided the correct address. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package. 

The Katty Ko will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries by the law of the UAE. We also do not provide any services and ship to Belarus and Russia.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are your responsibility.
